Groen AH/1E-60 60 Gallon Steam Jacketed Floor Kettle - Gas
The Groen AH/1E-60 is a premium self contained stationary steam jacketed kettle. The 2/3 jacket coverage of a gas powered kettle are anywhere from 58%-65% more efficient than a similar electric model. Groen steam jacketed kettle will provide the kitchen labor savings in that they can batch larger recipes and will eliminate the need for constant stirring. The Groen AH/1E-60 comes to temperature quickly, heats evenly and gently, plus distributes the heat over the largest surface area so that the food does not burn or scorch.
