Fiberglass insulation keeps heat at the holding surface while a built-in adjustable thermostat controls surface temperature. The Hatco GRSBF-24-I built-in heated shelf features a thermostatically controlled heated base to extend the holding times of most food. Blanket elements guaranteed against burnout and breakage for one year!
