Hobart 4812+BUILDUP Meat Chopper with Feedpan and Grinder #12 HUB

The Hobart 4812-36 is the Hobart 4812+BUILDUP with 12TIN-C/PAN as shown. This Hobart meat chopper has a 1/2 HP motor designed expressly for this particular unit so you will have a high capacity high power unit to chop meats. We have conveniently packaged this machine with the accessories needed for full basic operation. Included is the tin plated cast iron chop cylinder, auger and adjusting ring, the feed pan which measures 12" in diameter x 1-3/4" in depth, a stay sharp alloy steel knife, and a 1/8" carbon steel grind plate. Additional accessories such as stuffing tubes and different size knives are available, call for details.
