The Hobart FP250 is a continuous feed food processor. It provides reliable performance using a planetary gear drive, so there's no rest required between loads. The interlock protection prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate swings away from the hopper. The accessory plates feature "Diwash" and cutlery grade stainless steel cutting surfaces for optimum results.
