The Hobart HCM62-1 is a bowl style food processor that features a COOLCUTTER knife that processes product faster and more consistently. Its wider bowl design results in more product processed in less time. The bowl gasket seals in wet/moist product and prevents leaking. Its integrated lid wiping system saves labor by eliminating the need to stop the unit and scrape the side of the bowl.
