The Hobart Legacy HL1400-1STD is a 140 quart heavy-duty mixer. It has 5 HP Hobart designed motor that is heavy-duty and durable in order to meet the most demanding operations. It has three fixed speeds with shift-on-the-fly controls to insure flexibility, reliability and consistency all at the same time! The bowl guard comes with safety interlock to prevent operation when the front portion of the guard is out of the position.
