The Hobart Legacy HL300-1STD is a 30 quart all-purpose mixer. It has a 3/4 HP Hobart designed motor that is heavy-duty and durable in order to meet the most demanding operations. It has three fixed speeds to insure flexibilty, reliability and consistency all at the same time! The bowl guard comes with safety interlock to prevent operation when the front portion of the guard is out of position.
