The Hobart Legacy HL662-1STD is a 60 quart heavy-duty pizza mixer. It has 2.7 HP switched reluctance motor which is designed by Hobart to withstand the heaviest of dough's and is durable in order to meet the most demanding operations. It has two fixed speeds with shift-on-the-fly controls to insure flexibility, reliability and consistency all at the same time! The bowl guard comes with safety interlock to prevent operation when the front portion of the guard is out of the position.
