Hobart HS7-1 13"Automatic Slicer w/ Removable Knife

The Hobart HS7-1 is replacing the Hobart 2712 and 3713 automatic slicers. The new Hobart HS7-1 is an automatic slicer with a removable 13" blade for cleaning. The HS7-1 slicer takes some of the best features from the 2712 and 3713 which include the reliability of the 2000 series and the performance of the 3000 series. Some of the new features include the comfort of an ergonomic handle, variable 4 speed automatic carriage, 4 custom stroke lengths and a larger knife so that you can slice larger products. The Hobart HS7-1 automatic slicer offers precision slicing from the 13" CleanCut® stainless steel knife with a Stellite alloy edge. Hobart's CleanCut® slicer knives will stay sharper up to three times longer and will not prematurely dull or pit. This coupled with machined grooves on the product tray and knife cover will produce more consistent cuts, less shredding and smooth, even strokes. Providing you with unsurpassed slicing performance and product yield unlike any other manufacturer. The HS7-1 also adheres to the new NSF guidelines by having the ability to remove and clean all moving parts that come in contact with food thoroughly and safely. The Hobart HS7-1 slicer also features a no-volt release interlock, home start position, a tilting removable carriage system, spring kickstand and a rear mounted removable meat and vegetable grip arm. The HS7-1 automatic slicer is perfect for a medium volume location with higher volume peak times.
