Hobart HS7N-1 13" Automatic Slicer w/ Non-Removable Knife

The Hobart HS7N-1 automatic slicer is replacing the Hobart 2712 and 3713 automatic slicers. This upgraded model takes the best features from both the 2712 and the 3713 which include the reliability and performance that Hobart is known for. The Hobart HSN7-1 automatic slicer has a variable four-speed automatic carriage with four custom stroke lengths but does NOT offer a removable blade. The HS7N-1 provides precision slicing with from the 13" CleanCut® stainless steel knife with a Stellite alloy edge. Hobart's CleanCut® slicer knives will stay sharper up to three times longer and will not prematurely dull or pit. This coupled with machined grooves on the product tray and knife cover will produce consistent cuts with less shredding. The operator will notice smooth, even strokes providing you with unsurpassed slicing performance and product yield unlike any other manufacturer. The new HS7N-1 features include user comfort with an ergonomic handle and a larger 13" non-removable knife so that you can slice larger product. All these features come standard while meeting the new NSF guideline by having the ability to remove and clean all moving parts that come in contact with food thoroughly and safely. The Hobart HS7N-1 also has built-in features such as a no-volt release interlock, home start position, a tilting removable carriage system, spring kickstand and a rear mounted removable meat and vegetable grip arm. The Hobart HS7N-1 is perfect for a medium volume deli with higher volume peak times.
