The Hobart HS9N-1 automatic slicer is replacing the Hobart 2912 and 3913 slicers. The all new Hobart HS9N-1 13" heavy duty automatic knife is NOT removable, but does have four stroke speeds, three stroke lengths and six interlocks. Additionally, the Hobart HS9N-1 comes standard with many safety features including home-start position, close-to-stop, gauge plate and carriage system interlock, a no-volt release and a 30-second shut off. Precision slicing is easy with a 13" CleanCut stainless Stellite alloy edge knife that will stay sharper up to three times longer than traditional carbon and stainless slicer blades.
