The Hobart SDPE 20 gallon vegetable dryer is ideal for large eateries where multiple heads of leafy vegetables that need to be dried quickly. Fit approximately 16 heads of chopped lettuce at one time! This machine operates at a single speed of 406 rpm. Constructed with a polyethylene drum the Hobart Salad Dryer comes equipped with a 20 gallon plastic basket, built in water reservoir with drain, casters and a hinged plastic lid with a built-in safety device.
