The Ice-O-Matic MFI0800A Energy Star air cooled ice maker produces 900 lbs of flake ice per day. Flake ice, ideal for keeping salad bar items fresh, is also easily molded for cold food displays, and has a plethora of health care uses. The Ice-O-Matic MFI0800A has SystemSafe monitoring, a load monitoring system that regularly checks the workload on the gear box, and shuts the system down before a problem starts. It also boasts a water level sensor eliminating low or no water failures. This ice maker requires a bin or dispenser, sold separately. Note: This air cooled unit requires a 6" clearance for exhaust and intake.
