The Lang 224T countertop (24") gas griddle with Accu-Temp thermostat is designed to be dependable, reliable and efficient. This unit needs only a small part of your equipment footprint, but delivers the opportunity of hot grilled items to your menu. The one-inch thick griddle plate has internal sensors close to its surface offering in instant response and fast recovery. The Lang 224T gas griddle has independent temp control for every twelve inch section, allowing you to cook different type of foods at the same time.
