The Merrychef eikon E3 rapid cook oven combines convection and microwave technology with a rotating turntable for even heating and browning, up to five times faster than conventional methods. A built in catalytic converter allows for a ventless system. Standard 1/4 size pans can be used in convection mode, with two different rack positions.
