I placed an order for baking supplies over the weekend before a holiday and was concerned about receiving it by Christmas. When I called on Monday, offering to drive down to CT from NH, the customer service person confirmed that the items were in the warehouse. She told me the expected shipping time and I agreed to wait and see. My entire order showed up the next day! My daughter hasn't stopped using her baking supplies since! Thank you!
