Scotsman Prodigy Ice Machines use significantly less energy and water than other cube ice makers. Water cooled machines are ideal when located in snug or areas where the ambient temperature exceeds 90 degrees. Please check with your local environmental agency to ensure local regulations allow for this kind of machine. The Scotsman CU3030SW-1 has a self-monitoring maintenance panel with indicator lights to alert your staff when it's time to perform normal maintenance or call for service.
