The Scotsman FME2404AS-32 Ice Machine produces 2455 lbs of flake ice per day. The Scotsman FME2404AS-32 boasts the AutoSentry Monitoring System that constantly monitors the gear box, and will shut down the system before a problem develops, preventing expensive repairs. A plastic drain pan with a large outlet prevents rust and build up by rapidly channeling water away. The Scotsman FME2404AS-32 is constructed of high grade stainless steel, with large, self-aligning spherical roller bearings, and heavy duty gearbox for extra durability and reliability. Flake ice is ideal for blended drinks, salad bars and other displays, seafood, as well as health care applications.
