Scotsman's UC2024MW-1 Prodigy Under counter water cooled ice maker produces up to 175 lbs of medium cube ice with an 80 lb storage. Scotsman Prodigy Ice Machines use significantly less energy and water than other cube ice makers. Water cooled machines are ideal when located in snug or areas where the ambient temperature exceeds 90 degrees. Please check with your local environmental agency to ensure local regulations allow for this kind of machine. When local regulations do not allow for a water cooled machine please see instead the Scotsman CU1526MA-1 which is an air cooled unit. The Scotsman CU1526MW-1 has a self-monitoring maintenance panel with indicator lights to alert your staff when it's time to perform normal maintenance or call for service. Preventative maintenance is simpler than ever with front air filter, switch, easily removed door, top panel and storage bin.
