Our facility and warehouse in CT helps us stock many of our most popular items for the fastest shipping possible. For larger pieces of equipment and specialty items, we maintain solid relationships with our manufacturers to get them shipped fast.

Shipping Times
Shipping times indicated for each product are based on our inventory levels, or estimated shipping time as indicated by the manufacturer. Actual shipping times may vary. If Globe Equipment Company becomes aware of a delay in your order, we will notify you via email. To expedite your order of multiple items, shipments may originate from different warehouses creating multiple deliveries. Orders can be canceled up until the point of shipment.
Premium shipping services are available at extra costs.
Shipping times indicated on the website are estimates as to when the products will leave the warehouse. Actual transit times will vary depending on your proximity from the shipping origin. An item that says “Ship Time 3-7 Days” means, to our best estimate, it will leave the warehouse within 3-7 days. Product availability always changes and if there will be any additional lead time, you will be informed via email. You can also contact customer service for more accurate lead times prior to placing an order.
Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before 2:00 p.m. EST for same day shipping. Some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors. Overnight shipping may not be available on products shipped from vendor locations.
Since some items may not be stocked by Globe Equipment, orders may be delivered in separate shipments and shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Globe Equipment may send tracking information before it has been logged into the carrier's computer system. If you do not see the tracking number when going to the carrier's site, please try again in a few hours.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.

Shipping Details
All merchandise is shipped FOB from Bridgeport, CT or from the manufacturer's facility based on availability and proximity to the final destination.
Globe Equipment will ship all orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS as long as they meet the weight and dimensional requirements set forth by the previously mentioned shipping companies. For orders that exceed these physical requirements set forth by UPS, FedEx, and the USPS, Globe Equipment will ship via common carrier.
Globe Equipment sells and ships products only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States without approval.
For any international shipments with the exception of Canada, a freight forwarder must be chosen by the customer, and we will ship to their location.
Globe Equipment Company reserves the right to change or discontinue free shipping. For orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-972-4972 for a shipping quote. For orders being shipped internationally, we use an outside shipping service called Bongo International. All shipping quotes can be obtained directly in our shopping cart by selecting the delivery country. See more information about International Delivery below.
Items Being Shipped Via UPS, FEDEX or the USPS
All packages from Globe Equipment or their vendors contain valuable merchandise. If no one will be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, you should consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left Globe Equipment's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Shipping fees are based on the destination, size, and weight of your item(s). You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” link on our product pages. Actual shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart when you are ready to finalize the order.
If you are placing an order that has multiple items with shipping charges and qualifying for free shipping, only the items that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated during checkout. For items that do ship free, look for the “Free Shipping” logo on the product landing pages. Globe Equipment works with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may choose FedEx or US Mail in special cases. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.
Unfortunately, we do not ship items using third party account numbers.
UPS / FedEx:
- Guaranteed delivery times when using Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air
- Orders can be tracked on www.ups.com or www.fedex.com
- Orders may be able to be re-routed mid shipment by calling our customer service department. Additional fees apply.
- If requested, a signature can be required.
USPS:
- Orders are not trackable
- USPS orders can only be shipped from Globe Equipment Company. If an item is not stocked and is normally shipped from the manufacturer, it can not go via USPS.
- Packages are brought to the post office once every 1-2 weeks so shipping times are significantly longer.
International Shipping
For orders outside the contiguous 48 states, Globe Equipment will ship via UPS, common carrier, or international freight companies. For items that are too large for UPS, Globe Equipment will ship the goods to a freight forwarder within the United States. Globe Equipment recommends that the customer contract with a freight forwarder in their local country. This way the customer can have a local contact and can negotiate rates, delivery options, and customs clearing. If in the event a customer can not find a local forwarder to deliver the merchandise, Globe Equipment can recommend one, but all communications and payments for freight will be between the freight company and the end user.
Globe Equipment will not be responsible for any customs fees or Value Added Taxes (VAT) that may be applied to your order when they are clearing customs. These fees and who is responsible for payment should be discussed with the freight company that has been contracted to bring the items into the country.
