The Star-Max 6015CBF lava rock char-broiler is designed for high volume and reliability. Whether it's meat, fish, veggies or shish kabobs, Star's counter top char-broiler will meet your menu requirements. Cast iron burners, rated at 40,000 BTU's, give maximum broiling performance and even heat distribution. A stainless steel splash guard is a great defense against spills and grease. Heavy duty adjustable legs allow you to match the height of other equipment in your line-up. The Star 6015CBF is made especially for the demanding commercial kitchen.
