Star 636MF 36" Star-Max Manual Control Griddle
Star-Max 636MF manual griddles are a perfect match for the budget minded operator, or the experienced chef. Good heat distribution, quick recovery and energy efficiency. This griddle features an ultra smooth 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate and 4 1/2" high wrap-around stainless steel splash guard which will minimize splatter. The Star-Max 636MF has custom designed 20,000 BTU aluminized steel U-shaped burners every 12" of cooking surface which provide even heat distribution. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Star-max manual control griddles out-perform the competition.
