Star 836TA 36" Ultramax Throttling Thermostatic Gas Griddle
The Star Ultra-Max Throttling 836TA griddle provides high volume operations with precise control of griddle temperature from 150 to 450 degrees. The 1" thick steel plate allows for excellent heat transfer and even cooking of your product. The Star 836TA griddle is the ideal solution for cooking burgers, chicken, vegetables, eggs, pancakes, and much more! The 24" deep cooking surface makes the most use of your space to maximize your cooking area. Optional stand and casters (shown in photos) are sold separately.
