The Star PGT14I Panini grill is designed for commerical operations with limited space. It grills anything from sandwiches to steaks with ease. The PGT14I Grill is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel with one grooved and one smooth cast iron platen. The reliable hinge design with extra large handle is durable and designed to distribute pressure evenly to your product ensuring consistent heat and searing. This grill features analog temperature control for temperature stability. The stainless steel removeable grease tray allows for easy cleanup.
