The compact and portable Star PGT71E has 2 grooved aluminum platens for quick cooking and an electronic panel with countdown display for accuracy. The heavy duty hinge system and handle means safe operation of the top platen, and the bottom platen boasts a patented splash keeping grease and cooking liquids away from the operator.
