The PST14I Grill Is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel with 2 smooth cast iron platens. The reliable hinge design with extra large handle is durable and designed to distribute pressure evenly to your product ensuring consistent heat and searing. The stainless steel removeable grease tray allows for easy cleanup.
