Built with the finest of stainless steel, it keeps food at the proper and safe temperatures a commercial food setting requires. The doors and cabinets have high density foam-in insulation with zero ozone depletion and zero global warming potential. The True T-49-HC doors are self closing and are meant for the rigors of a busy kitchen. Environmentally friendly R290 hydro carbon refrigerant is used in this unit (ozone and global warming efficient).
