It will maintain temps to -10°, ideal for both food and ice cream. The True T-49F-HC has the R290 hydro carbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a low (3) global warming potential. Inside is an NSF approved clear coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floors with coved corners. The condensing unit is bottom mounted, easy to clean, allowing storage on top of this freezer.
