Its base has plenty of refrigerated storage areas: two drawers and three sections with solid doors. Each drawer accommodates two full size 12" x 20" x 8" food pans (sold separately) and each door section comes with 2 shelves that are 25 1/2" x 28". Shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments. The TPP-AT-119D-2-HC also has a refrigerated pan rail which includes (15) 1/3 size NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans. The unit maintains 33° F - 41° F providing you with colder product temperatures, and exceptional food safety. The TPP-AT-119D-2-HC exterior is constructed with an all stainless front, top, ends, and a GalFAn coated steel back. The extra-deep 19 1/2" full length cutting board makes an ideal work space, with everything at the pizza prepper's fingertips. Plus that board is removable.
