The base of this prep table includes 4 drawers that can each hold two full sized pans. The TPP-AT-119D-4-HC pizza prep table also has a refrigerated pan rail which includes (15) 1/3 size NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans. The unit maintains 33° F - 41° F providing you with colder product temperatures, and exceptional food safety. The exterior of the TPP-AT-119D-4-HC is constructed of stainless steel front, top and ends, with a GalFan coated steel back. Your staff can work easily on the extra-deep (19 1/2") by full length removable cutting board. True's refrigerated pizza prep tables are built tough and are easy to clean. Note: come standard with NSF approved clear pans (15 one third sized) for top. Drawer pans sold separately.
