Want a workspace that has lots of work room and plenty of refrigerated storage at your fingertips? The True TPP-AT-93D-4-HC pizza prep table is made up of with three base sections with refrigerated storage via 4 drawers, each accommodating two full size 12" x 20" x 8" food pans (sold separately) plus a section with a solid door with 2 shelves. Shelves are adjustable in 1/2" increments. The TPP-AT-93D-4-HC pizza prep table also has a refrigerated pan rail which includes (12) 1/3 size NSF approved polycarbonate insert pans. The unit maintains 33° F - 41° F providing you with colder product temperatures, and exceptional food safety. The TPP-AT-93D-4-HC exterior is constructed with an all stainless front, top, ends, matching aluminum rear and an extra-deep 19 1/2" full length removable cutting board True's refrigerated pizza prep tables are built tough and are easy to clean.
