The True TSSU-48-12-HC is a 48" Refrigerated Sandwich Unit. It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with an aluminum finished back. The system includes a patented airflow system - air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained.
