True's TSSU-48-12M-B-HC mega top sandwich and salad prep table is 48" and comes with (12) 1/6 size clear poly carbonate, NSF approved food pans and has a stainless work surface that measures approximately 18" x 25" allowing you to stack breads, sandwich paper and containers . With a patented stainless steel foam insulated lid and hood, pan temperatures stay colder, locking in freshness and minimizing condensation. The cabinet panels have been foamed in using high density polyurethane insulation and with an oversized forced air refrigeration system the True TSSU-48-12M-B will maintain a temperature of 33°F - 38°F. Equipped with a 8-7/8" deep full length removable cutting board made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved white polyethylene. The TSSU-48-12M-B-HC exterior front and sides are made with stainless steel. Built tough to last, crafted for cleanability and designed for esthetic appeal.
