True Manufacturing TSSU-48-15M-B-HC 48" Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table - 15 Pan

True's TSSU-48-15M-B-HC mega top sandwich and salad prep table is 48" and comes with (15) 1/6 size clear poly carbonate, NSF approved food pans. Its stainless work surface measures approximately 11" x 25" allowing you to stack plenty of breads, sandwich paper and containers upon it. With a patented stainless steel foam insulated lid and hood, pan temperatures stay colder - locking in freshness and minimizing condensation. The cabinet panels have been foamed in using high density polyurethane insulation and with an oversized forced air refrigeration system, the True TSSU-48-15M-B-HC will maintain a temperature of 33°F - 38°F. Equipped with a 8-7/8" deep full length removable cutting board made of sanitary, high density, NSF approved white polyethylene. The TSSU-48-15M-B-HC exterior front and sides are made with stainless steel. Built tough to last, crafted for cleanability and designed for esthetic appeal.
