The True TSSU-72-30M-B-DS-ST-HC is a 72" refrigerated sandwich megatop. What makes this model different is that it is dual sided, featuring a prep/cutting board work area on each side! It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. The entire cabinet structure and doors are insulated using foamed-in-place polyurethane foam. The system includes a patented airflow system; air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained. Comes standard with thirty 1/6 sized 4" deep pans to hold all your food stock, and at proper temps. One less thing you need to worry about. This unit can be reconfigured with different sized pans as well to tailor it to fit your needs.
