The True TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-HC is a 72" refrigerated sandwich megatop. It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with corosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. The entire cabinet structure and doors are insulated using foamed-in-place polyurethane foam. The system includes a patented airflow system; air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained. Comes standard with thirty 1/6 sized 4" deep pans to hold all your food stock, and at proper temps. One less thing you need to worry about. This unit can be reconfigured with different sized pans as well to tailor it to fit your needs. Plus- the TSSU-72-30M-B-ST-HC is now redesigned to be even more environmentally friendly using R290 Hydrocarbon. Energy savings result in cost running savings to your business.
