The Victorinox 5.4000.18 is a 7" commercial restaurant cleaver, excellent for separating meat from the bone. The flat side of the cleaver can also be used for crushing garlic, herbs and spices to help bring out their flavors. This cleaver features a triple riveted rosewood handle and Swiss-made high carbon stainless steel blade.
