The Victorinox 5.4623.30 twelve inch flexible slicing knife has a granton edge and features a black slip resistant black Fibrox handle which is NSF approved. Its granton edge makes paper thin slices and prevents food from sticking to the blade. This is a high quality Swiss-made slicing knife with a 1-1/2" wide blade at the handle and is great for slicing salmon!
