The Victorinox 7.6059.13 ten inch slicing knife has a granton edge and features a black slip resistant black Fibrox handle which is NSF approved. The granton edge makes paper thin slices and prevents food from sticking to the blade. This is a high quality Swiss-made slicing knife that has a 1-1/2" wide blade at the handle.
