The Vollrath 20029 is a full-size steam table pan 2 1/2" deep and has a capacity of 8.3 quarts of product. Made of 18/8 stainless steel with an anti-jamming design to prevent pans from sticking together when stacked for storage. Flat edges and corners create a tight fit in the steam table or salad bar to keep product hot or cold.
