The Vollrath 20269 is a half-size steam table pan 6" deep for a capacity of 10 quarts of product. Made of 18/8 stainless steel with an anti-jamming design to prevent pans from sticking together when stacked for storage. Flat edges and corners create a tight fit in the steam table or salad bar to keep product hot or cold.
