The Vollrath 40717 Cayenne 36" electric griddle is perfectly sized for buffet, brunch and catering use. This griddle features a 1/2" thick steel plate designed for maximum heat retention. The 2 1/2" back and side splashes and internally-mounted grease pan make for a cleaner appearance and easier cleaning. The Vollrath 40717 features 3 independent controls- creating multiple stations in one unit. The Vollrath 40717 is made to work hard in steak houses, restaurants, coffee shops, cafeterias, clubs and a variety of other establishments and is powered by a 3 ft. cord with plug.
