The Vollrath 40718 Cayenne gas griddle is the narrowest one burner griddle on the market at just 12" wide. This griddle offers the chef manual controls of the burners to keep its 3/4" polished steel griddle plate at the perfect temperature. At 28,000 BTU, this grilling surface will retain heat without sacrificing cooking performance when new product is added. The Vollrath 40718 has a cooking surface that measures 12" x 19" and is perfect for those tight spaces or low volume applications where a full griddle is not needed. The quality construction and stainless frame help ensure this unit will last for years. For maximum flexibility, this unit ships in natural gas, but with a conversion kit to LP for field conversion.
