Vollrath 40728 12" Cayenne Charbroiler - Medium Duty

The Vollrath 40728 is a 1 burner 12" charbroiler and is the perfect piece for your hot dogs, burgers, fish, and other grilled dishes.  For the most versatility, the 40728 ships with kits for a lava rock or radiant setup as well as a field conversion kit from natural gas to propane.  In order to maximize heat distribution, Vollrath has placed a 28,000 BTU burners on the 40728 charbroiler to allow for even heat.  There is a cool-touch bull nose front so that the operator will not get burned.  The grates are reversible so you can cook a variety of foods - wider grates for fragile items like fish, and narrow grates with channels to remove fat and minimize flareups.  The all metal knobs protect gas valves and are guaranteed for life.
