This model has a digital timer with automatic stop, an audible shut off signal and thermal overload protection. The #12 attachment hub on the Vollrath 40757 accommodates meat grinder and vegetable attachments (sold separately). The Vollrath 40757 comes standard with a dough hook, wire wisk, flat beater, stainless steel mixing bowl and safety guard.
