Thre press has a 10" x 21" fixed grooved lower grill, double spring loaded self-balancing upper grills w/ grooves & American handles, cast iron plates, plus 2 thermostats that reach 570 degrees. Designed to grill sandwiches uniformly on both sides. It can also be used as a griddle for steak, tomatoes, bacon etc. Perfect for deli's, bars, cafes & many other food service operators.
