The Vollrath 40950 manual slicer is ideal when slicing meats in a medium volume restaurant or small commercial food establishment. This model features a 10" blade with a QuanTanium non stick plate that gives a smooth performance and even cuts on clean up time. It has titanium blended into the plate making it more durable than other systems. The 40950 fits into a smaller spot in any kitchen or counter line-up. Other features are 1/3 peak HP motor, anodized aluminum body, and non-skid rubber feet.
