The Vollrath 40952 manual slicer is ideal when slicing meats and or cheese in a high volume restaurant or commercial food establishment. This model features a 12" blade with a QuanTanium non stick plate that gives a smooth performance and even cuts on clean up time. It has titanium blended into the plate making it more durable than other systems. The 40952 is meant to be run continuously with your choice of thickness up to one inch. Other features include: anodized aluminum body and non-skid rubber feet, 1/2 hp.
