The Vollrath 40954 automatic slicer is ideal when slicing meats and or cheese in a high volume restaurant or commercial food establishment. This model features a 12" blade with a QuanTanium non stick plate that gives a smooth performance and even cuts on clean up time. It has titanium blended into the plate making it more durable than other systems. The 40954 is meant to be run continuously with your choice of thickness up to one inch. Other features include: anodized aluminum body, non-skid rubber feet, 3/4 HP, and 4.0 amps.
