The Vollrath 59920 is an Induction ready fry pan made of carbon steel for fast and even heating. Coating of SteelCoat x3 means non-stick cooking and easy clean up. It also reduces the need for fats and cooking oils. Built-in Gator Grip® insulated handle. Pan is 11" in diameter. Can be used with conventional ranges or 120V induction ranges. Made in USA.
